Been out of town last 4 days, and MAN DO I MISS THIS PLACE!!!!!
This gym offers everything from classes, saunas, a family fun and Olympic pool, tanning beds, a variety of equipment, a basketball court, and ping pong. I love that it is locally owned and family friendly, offering daycare options.... AND the ability to rent the pool for birthday parties. When you walk in Total Fitness you will instantly feel at home and be so glad you gave it a chance. They offer no pressure free tours so check it out.

Love total for the day are has the best staff. My kids push me to go to the gym because they want to see them! Indoor is perfect for teaching my son to swim.
