Got in right away and everyone on staff I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to have a chest xray done on site to ensure no pneumonia, received a breathing treatment, and got my needed prescriptions before leaving. All in all, I was there maybe an hour at most, so very efficient! Also, a small thing, but nice - they have TVs in the room, so if there's any time you're just chilling by yourself (like when I was doing my breathing treatment) you can just hang out and watch TV! Good service quick response couldn't ask any better place to get medical service.
They were fast, place was clean, and I didn't pay a penny, because they accepted my insurance.
Always fast and efficient. Print on prescription medication information was too small to read but staff reviewed the directions. Great alternative to ER when not an emergency.
First time visit. Very quick service, including wait time, x-ray time, and release time. Staff very friendly and caring.
I went yesterday when I got off work and I'm so glad I chose this location because it was very clean,staff were super attentive and friendly. Loved the doctor who saw me and the EMT. Not a very long wait time which was a big plus and you can get your Meds on-site instead of going to the Pharmacy. Happy Customer!!!
Everyone was very friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long as all and the doctor and all of her support staff were fantastic!
Friendly staff. No waiting. One-stop shop. Nice facility. Prefer this location to Chippewa & Jamieson.
My visit with Total Access Urgent Care was very satisfying. The receptionist was very nice. My wait time, was short. And the doctor took care of all of my needs, answered all of my questions, and even had my prescriptions filled, right there.
