This facility is new, and it's kept very clean. The staff was friendly, checkin was quick, and the providers were efficient. An x-ray indicated no break but I was given three orthopedic references in case I chose to get another opinion on the condition of my hand. Highly recommend!
We were out of town when our son became sick. We didn't want to turn around and go home so we decided to have him checked out at Total Access Urgent Care. It was a wonderful place. Everyone was extremely nice, helping and attentive. We were in and out in less than 45 mins
Total Access Urgent Care did a fabulous job on treating my hubby. They were very caring and professional. I would highly recommend TAC to anyone who needs care. We were going to go right to St. Mary's emergency room but decided to try TAC. Ended up at the emergency room anyway but that was because his arm WAS broken. Thank you TAC.

I was in and out in a few hours , they were very thorough, they did a CAT scan they did x-rays of my lungs blood work breathing treatment and an IV. I was treated very nice very respectfully much better than any emergency room I have went including Saint Anthony’s and St. Mary’s and better definitely then my last time at DePere hospital, So glad I decided to go there instead of an emergency room
Everyone was friendly and wait time reasonable. Thorough exam and rapid response on strep test. Questions answered. Highly recommend avoiding the ER due to lengthy wait times.
