RecommendedDr. B and Erica took care of my left thumb that I had cut open while on my morning walk. They were both wonderful and I can't say enough about their professionalism and that of their support staff. I had been referred by my insurance company and because they were less than a mile from my apartment. Their "bedside manner" was amazing!! Last year I had to talk my sister into going to see someone when she was sick. We chose Urgent Care on Hampton. They did what they could but she needed serious help. I Had to take her to the ER. They called ahead and had Dr's waiting. Their diagnosis saved my sis. I got sick recently and my sis took me to the same Urgent Care. The people are so nice. It's clean and fast service. i was taken right in. Doctor was very though. be careful they dont take alot of insurance. ask your meds to go to a pharmacy thou. they arent allowed to accept any insurance for meds since their not a regular pharmacy. no problem sent mine to Walgreens. insurance paid for them all. overall fantastic place. it sure beats going to the ER
I went in for symptoms of flu, they swabbed me immediately, I was negative thank God. they promptly treated my asthma and bronchitis and sent me home with appropriate medication. I was in and out in one hour. professional staff, kind, respectful.
Caring staff and doctors took time to answer any questions I had and explained what was happening to me.
yes the service they render to me was wonderful and they were very attentive
I have been here 2 times in the past year and both times were great experiences, I would use them as a PCP if I could. Great staff very friendly and helpful from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. I have seen 2 Doctors and both took the time to really talk about what the issues were and the treatment for them.
