immediate attention. all medical care people stated clearly what they were doing. they followed up with my employer while i was being cared for and provided the needed forms to complete.
I don't usually go to a doctor for an ordinary cold. But after 9 days of worsening coughing, congestion, sore throat, I developed a fever, some sinus bleeding, earache, eye infection. So...doctor time. This was my first visit to any Urgent Care. I was treated very courteously, fast, efficiently, and a in most caring manner. I went to Total Access on Hampton yesterday morning after falling at the gym. I was terrified to go as I currently don’t have insurance. My fears were put to rest when I walked in the door and I was met with smiles and the news that those who are uninsured qualified for discounted services. I was treated so well and the staff was so incredible and patient with me. Turns out, I broke my foot. Thank you, Total Access for your awesome staff and facility.

The staff were excellent. I had been in pain for three weeks and when I left I was pain free and ha medication. I am grateful for the experience, will recommend others and return for care myself if needed.
