Was very happy with Wentzville Total Access. I was taken in right away, I booked online. The office staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns. Prescribed what was needed and was able to fill prescription there without a wait. Very efficient. Will go back
Excellent service, quick and efficient. They took very good care of me.
They staff was friendly and they were extremely fast. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I am NOT one to run to the doctor for every little thing. I was 98% sure that I had strep throat so I went in to confirm and to get antibiotics so I could get to feeling better. If the time comes that I need medical assistance, I will use Total Access Urgent Care again.
Fast, clean, friendly, professional-would definitely recommend.

Extremely efficient and friendly people. I had no wait time at all and was just a walk-in patient. They had me in, diagnosed, and out within an hour and a half and that included receiving an IV and some meds through it. They even gave me a blanket. They will fill prescriptions there too, but beware, they don't bill insurance for the meds. I opted to have my RX filled by my regular pharmacy after I discovered that they don't bill insurance for that and after they had already filled my RX. They are so fast and friendly, if I ever need to go back to an urgent care this will always be my first choice!
I was registered very quickly. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. The staff was courtious and friendly. My needs were taken care of efficiently. The Doctor explained what she was doing and answered all questions thoroughly. A definite 5 star experience.
