Very nice staff, efficient and competent. Best thing is getting your meds from them, when you already don't feel well it is nice to not have to go to the pharmacy and wait.
There was a short wait and I was seen pretty quickly. The office was much bigger than I thought as I’ve never been before and appeared very clean. The receptionist, nurse/assistant and doctor were pleasant and considerate considering the amount of pain I was in. I got X-ray and CT of my neck there and a steroid shot for severe back/neck pain. Will be provided with copy of the imaging as well and was given a work doctors note . I’d recommend TAUC to others.
Extremely thorough and convenient. They listened to the symptoms I was complaining about and made sure to rule out any major issues. We didn't have a definitive way to stop the pain but Andrew did not leave the room until I was settled with the plan of action. They truly cared.
Very friendly, treated with smiles. They were very good at explaining what was going on.
My wife and I have used TAUC in Wentzville and we have found it to be PERFECT. Professional, Proper, Thorough, Convenient and has the needed medications. When the Word spreads about the Complete, Quiet, Ease to use them, they will need a larger Waiting Area.
Staff was friendly. Care was quick and efficient. PA Jen was amazing. I was in and out very quick. Overall very pleased.
They got me in quickly & were kind & patient & I was grumpy after feeling bad for days after having an allergic reaction to meds that kept getting worse . . Diagnosed quickly, got IV & meds . Offered a blanket & pillow . So much better than an ER!
This place can do almost anything that an emergency room can. I was in and out with my prescription in hand in under 2 hours.
Quick, efficient, friendly. Would go back again if it was needed.
