I was extremely impressed with them. I was brought right in to fill out paperwork, I love how they give you confidentiality if you don’t want to say why you are there, took me to a room real quick, saw an EMT and then a nurse practitioner who both listened to my concerns and issues. I was even able to get meds there as the regular pharmacy I go to was closed by that time of day (weekend hours). Total Access Urgent Care was very professional- from the front desk check in to the nurses, doctor and Xray Tech. It was the smoothest visit I have ever had to Urgent Care. It took no longer than 30 minutes from check-in, to be put in a room, seen by nurse to check vitals, doctor visit, xrays and discharge with my prescription in hand. I will definitely return to this facility.
Staff is very friendly and wait time is never very long!
I called on the way after my daughter broke her arm and they were ready for us. They got us in quick and were friendly, knowledgeable, and set us up on what to do with our daughter next. This is definitely where we will go in the future for any emergencies!
Very professional and thorough. Printouts and disc with everything that was done as far as blood work, x-rays, and scans to take home with me. Everyone was great!
