Been there more than a few times w my mom; always treated her with dignity & respect, didn’t talk down to her (very important!). Got her in & out within 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, depending on her status at the time. Highly recommended! For smaller injuries & illnesses, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Also a lot less expensive than walking into an ER! You’re my heroes! ♥️
They were so fast getting us in an out an we even had to get X-rays an this was for my 2 year old son that has autism an they we so beyond nice an patient an had exceptional care towards us an our son! An even called the next morning to check on him. The PA herself. I am very happy. And will go here from here on out. An this was the Wentzville MO location!
I was seen quickly - faster than at my primary, and everyone was very nice and thorough. I was diagnosed with the flu. The nurse practitioner was amazing - excellent bedside manners and answered all my questions. She didn't make me feel rushed like most . I've been to other urgent care locations and the other places always made me feel like I was an inconvience, they didnt know what they were doing, or they wouldnt listen to me. I highly recommend TAUC.

My visit to Total Access Urgent Care in Wentzville, MO was top-notch. I was treated with professionalism and compassion. The staff was so friendly, I felt like I was among friends as I walked in the door. I've been to other Total Access locations, and they seem to be just as good. * Would recommend to a friend.
