Our visit at the Wentzville location was amazing from start to finish. We were immediately greeted when we arrived and registered and brought back very quickly, and received constant care once in the room. All of the staff/doctors were beyond friendly and professional, and will definitely recommend them, as well as return if I or my family runs into an issue in the future :)
I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. I had no wait. They were very thorough, took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. My prescriptions were filled right there which saved me an extra trip.
My experience with Total Access Urgent Care was very impressive. I went in at 7:40 pm when they close at 8:00. I was pleasantly surprised by everyone's pleasantries. Not one person acted as though they were rushing me through because it was close to closing time. They were friendly, efficient, and friendly. Went in for a concussion. Best and fastest treatment I've ever received. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Everyone was so incredibly nice they get you in and out quickly and are very thorough was very patient with my 1 yr old and gave her stickers. Great experience i live in st. Peters but will make the drive to go there!!
First time there. Very impressed with cleanliness of the facility, and friendly greeting by the receptionist. Short wait. Great triage. Everyone friendly and professional. They did say the prescription would be filled there, which is a great convenience, but didn't realize they don't submit the prescription for insurance purposes. They did offer to cancel and give me a prescription to take to my pharmacy to take advantage of the less cost, so I then had the choice. We scheduled our appointment online for 10:59. When we arrived we went straight into our room and the nurse came in to get some information. Within a couple minutes the nurse practitioner came, diagnosed, wrote our prescription and we were in our car by 11:23. The rooms are clean and the staff is kid friendly.
The were fast and very friendly. My 2 year old was taken care of and everything was explained that was happening.
