Fast, friendly & caring staff. Waited on & looked @ quicker than even the doctor's office with a scheduled appointment. Better than Emergency Room for broken bones or severe sprains as they have their own pharmacy! I got my walking boot, crutches & pain pills all before leaving their facility & could go straight home & put my foot up & get off of it without having to worry about making a trip (while in so much pain) to the pharmacy when they got my prescription ready... an hour or more after my prescription being sent from t... read more
I am on holidays from Australia...i found out i have bronchitis.. the staff were sooo lovely, i was seen straight away... very professional and friendly service... i would highly recommend Total access urgent care.... �
Very friendly staff. Fast service. Was greeted when I walked in and after a short form to fill out I was taken to the exanimation room. A very short time later, a nurse came in for my vitals and a very short time after that the Doctor came in, checked me out and diagnosed what was wrong. Gave me a shot, prescribed medicine that was filled right there. Very impressed by the knowledge, friendliness and service. The only thing bad was not being told they do not bill the insurance for the meds. Would have saved me a few dollars ... read more
i was hesitant at first to take my husband here? I did see a few bad reviews. then I thought what the heck we will try them. we had no idea what was really going on with him and they had everything there to check him out with. we did not have to get the runaround and go here for this go there for that. everyone was nice and it did not take all day like in a real emergency room. I would give them a try again for anything.
Not going into detail why I was seen by Total Access, but your staff was extremely professional and I am very pleased and confident on the diagnosis of my visit.
TAU in Wentzville is fast and thorough and everyone there is very friendly.
I love this location. They have given me top notch service twice. This time even better than my doctor who I saw first for this issue. Next time I'm going straight to TAUC.
THE place to go when you need to been seen quickly. The staff was amazing, and most of all friendly. Their on-site prescription service is wonderful. Who wants to go to the pharmacy when you're sick or injured?!
