RecommendedI have visited Total Access a few times and have been please with the services provided to me. Everyone is nice and friendly. I get in and out quickly and get my results of any testing right away. Much better than going to the ER at the hospital.
I've always had a great experience. I appreciate the convenience of how many locations they have and that they provide many medications on site. I just had another great experience at the Sunset Hill location. Zach and Amber, my PA, were both great. No wait and I was in and out quickly. Thank you.
The staff were kind, on top of my care and thorough in treatment. The facility was clean and well staffed. I was in and out with 45 minutes with my prescriptions waiting for me at my pharmacy. This is my second visit and it will be my go to location from here on out.
First time here. I went in with a painful abcessed cyst on my arm. Anyone who knows me knows I get all worked up when I have to do a medical procedure. I was taken right in & promptly seen. The site had to be opened & excised—ugghh. But the NP was awesome—friendly, professional, kind, & highly competent. I was in/out quickly, antibiotics in hand & on the road to no more pain.
Went in there feeling like I was going to die. Had not been feeling well for 8 weeks. Bad case of bronchitis and just kept thinking it would get better after already taking a 10 day dose of amoxicillin. It that barely made a dent so it just kept getting worse. Finally on a Sunday my daughter talked me into going to an urgent care. The staff was very kind and helpful. After a thorough exam and X-ray I finally got the meds I needed and just 1 day later I’m feeling so much better! Thank you for making me feel like me again!
There is very obviously no other patients here and I can clearly here the staff outside my door talking about vacas they have taking and no one has even come in the room they put me in. I feel awful and just Want to go home and go to bed but need meds first! The total access in chesterfield is awesome but I decided to go to the one by my work instead, BIG MISTAKE. Seriously no one care that you have been to Mexico and Where ever else. Please take care of ur patients instead...
