Checked in on line and arrived 20 minutes later when they told me to. Fast and efficient service. Prescribed the meds I needed to get rid of terrible headache and get back to work!!
At the Sunset Hills location I found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also a great value.

Wonderful! Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. It was fast and efficient, but part of that may be because I came in at a slow time... The facility was very nice as well!

My primary doctor couldn't get me in last weekand sent me to a "clinic". Apparently if you test negative for Strep, whether you have a bacterial infection doesn't matter, they won't give you an antibiotic. So after a week I called my primary doctor again and she was booked. I went to Total Access and walked out with the antibiotic in my hand. I felt they were professional, thorough, and compassionate. This place is wonderful! I was searching for another Urgent Care, and chose this one due them receiving all 5 stars. They deserve all 5 stars and more! I was seen right away and greeted with a smile from all of the staff. They care about their job and it is clearly visible by their actions. I will defiantly go again if needed and will recommend this place to all I know. Thank you guys for taking care of me! :)
