I went to get a steroid shot for my persistent seasonal allergies. On web search it says it takes 45 min to get in and out but it took me even faster than that. The front desk personnel was very courteous and polite. I got in the room right away and was seen by a medic and then doctor in less than 15 min! We like coming here for our family’s little emergencies.
Definitely recommend! In and out, and when I was sick I could get my antibiotic right there! I drive out of my way to go because I know I will be taken care of in a timely matter.
The staff could not be anymore friendly and helpful and caring about the patient’s needs. When they call their place Urgent care they do mean Urgent. I had a sore throat and ear ache and I was in and out in 30 minutes with a ear infection and some meds. I would highly recommend going to Urgent care for medical care!
I had a very smooth and uncomplicated trip to TAUC. The staff was polite and communicated very well. There was no wait and they got me in right away.
I went in to the Sunset Hills location more ill than i have been in forever. Everyone i interacted with was symphathetic, friendly and helpful. I got in, got my flu diagnosis and was on my way with medicine in less than an hour. From receptionist to doctor, it was a great experience. I have been to this location about 4 times now and it is the same every time.
Excellent care at the Sunset Hills location. Staff were very attentative and caring. In and out in less than an hour! Thank you and keep up the great work!
I needed a chest x-ray to check for pneumonia. I was welcomed with a smile, and got right in. The Nurse Practitioner picked right up on my symptoms, and ordered the x-ray. She gave me appropriate treatments and care I needed. Everyone was very kind and professional, and I am on the mend now.
The staff was very kind, helpful, and didn’t waste my time. They were upfront about all costs etc. I am definitely going back!
