RecommendedMost importantly fast did not have to wait for hours like in a emergency room. Also very friendly receptionist also doctors assistant was very thorough and friendly. And lastly the doctor was was all the above. Will definitely go back to Total Access Urgent Care.
Based on my first experience at Total Access Urgent Care on Lindbergh. I Definately will choose Tauc. again .The reception was friendly, service was quick. I can say every encounter with each staff member; the techs, xray dept, the receptionist, and To the Dr..was great..my visit went smooth..all staff were professional yet friendly..I would definitely recommend TAUC./Lindbergh. I like that I can get in quickly when I go on the weekends. I have been treated with repect and am happy with the treatment given to me by all who work there.
Amazing experience from start to finish! Love the fact that they were able to sell us my sons antibiotic right from the clinic. No need to have to go sit at a pharmacy!
They are absolutely amazing! I was at the Sunset Hills location. Megan, Daniel, and Brandon took care of me. All three were extremely nice, professional, and thorough. They made me feel very comfortable (at least, as comfortable as you can be with a shoulder sprain 😀). They also managed to accomplish this in just over an hour. I will definitely use TAUC 11 again!
Is there a score greater than 100%? If so, that is my rating. Excellent +++. Doctor "Jim" is the best! I was a bit of a crab when I walked in, but the entire staff managed to overlook that and treated me with dignity and care.
I loved the quick service. It was great not having to go to a pharmacy and wait for a prescription to be filled when I was feeling horrible.
