I recently took my daughter here because she needed immediate medical assistance and her doctor's office was too busy. I've never been a fan of urgent care centers, but TAUC is amazing. From the friendly staff to the extremely thorough doctor I was beyond impressed! I will never worry about not being able to get an appointment to the doctor when needed because now I know there is an A+ team of experts ready and waiting to help just minutes from her doctor's office. I have been here a few times now. This last time, on New Year's Eve day, the place was packed. I had a dislocated finger. But I was seen in a not unreasonable length of time, and they took care of the problem with kindness and expertise. They could not have been nicer or more welcoming. I love this place! (Not that I would like to be a regular visitor.)

I would recommend Total Access Urgent Care to anyone. Even though it was Christmas day and there were a number of patients ahead of me, my needs were handled as soon as possible. The entire staff was courteous, caring, helpful and professional.

I could not be happier with my experience at Total Access Urgent Care. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor were very kind and professional. I was impressed at how quickly I moved through the process. I was in and out in about 1 hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I decided to choose Total Access after reading pages of nothing but 5 star reviews online. I understand why they receive such praise. This was my first experience with any urgent care center, and if I have to go back, I won't be going anywhere but Total Access. They are quick, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have absolutely NO complaints. I highly recommend this facility.
