Makes you feel comfortable – TOS is very reliable, outstanding service, makes you feel comfortable, and is honest with you.
Great service, great work – I would tell them that the advisers at the desk/phone don't try to sell customers things that their vehicles don't need, but will alert owners of upcoming maintenance needs, and potential problems. Great service.
