Excellent service, Tom is great about explaining what is needed and why, with no pressure to pursue recommended repairs, he leaves the decision up to the customer but always informs of any consequences.
Don't go to the dealer! – We bought another Toyota just so we wouldn't have to find a new mechanic! They are honest and affordable.

I would refer my friends to TOS. Our experience has been good with TOS. I think of them first when my car is in need of repair or maintenance. I've found them to be up front and honest. That is a quality that is most important, and frankly difficult to find.
