A lot cheaper than a dealer – Very good service and a lot cheaper than a dealer
They explain thoroughly – It's very good. They explain problems, repairs, etc thoroughly and we can depend on the job being done right.
Recommend to everyone – I would recommend them to everyone! I think they do good work and I feel like they have more integrity then all of the other shops I've been to combined.
In good hands – I would say they can fell 100% certain they are in good hands at TOS.
Very knowledgeable – I think that TOS is very knowledgeable about the brands they service and seem to always know what the problem is. When I talk to Tom he categorizes things according to what should be done now, what can wait until later or may not ever need to be done, and also potential repairs that are safety issues. The quality of work and the customer service was outstanding. I have been looking for a repair facility that I can trust for a while and feel confident that I have finally found one.
Faster than the dealer – TOS is as good as any dealer shop and I think a little faster on job completion. Price wise, I would say they are about the same.
No other shop works on my vehicles – TOS is really the only place to go for service on Toyota and Honda vehicles in the area that provide excellent quality maintenance and repair service in the greater Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln area. With the exception to a dealer recall, no other shop works on my vehicles.
