I've been a customer for 1 - 1/2 years. I like the service, the explanations provided by staff and the pricing. Also the waiting area is very comfortable.
Two Toyota's and all maintenance & repairs done by TOS. I like the service and both Tom and Annie speak clear English ;>)
They are wonderful – I would trust TOS to repair my parent's car ... they are wonderful at their repairs, quick to get you in and out, offer a great way for customers to receive discounts on thier repair, by giving prospective customers the TOS business card!
They are great people. They don't try to just get you money. They are very honest and helpful.
