You are the one – I would tell them how impressed I am with your servcie. Being a widow, it was very difficult to trust in people to do any kind of service for you. You hear all these stories. There are alot of things, I can do on my own, but I have to trust someone to take care of my car. YOU ARE THE ONE< I CAN PUT MY TRUST IN> Thank you.
Keep it real – TOS know what they are doing and keeps it real. They want to keep your car running the best, but I never feel like they are trying to have me do anything that is not needed.
Better than the dealer – Service at or better than the level of a reputable dealer such as Niello Acura but TOS looks out for keeping my costs to a minimum which the dealer does not do...heck, I can wash my own car and actually prefer to.
Honest treatment – I would recommend you take your car to TOS, in fact I have already! I have told friends of the honest treatment, and reliable service we have received.
Recommended TOS to a friend – Today I actually recommended it to a friend, and she made an appointment for next week. I told her about high level of service and reasonable prices.

The absolute best – The customer service and work quality are the absolute best at TOS. I advise everyone with a Toyota, Lexus, Honda or Acura to stop taking their car to the dealerships and start taking them to TOS.
