I'm thankful I have other options that just the Knoxville location. I ordered a bra from there 21 of April, I kept waiting and waiting for the bra, I called and they said it was there so I drove from over an hour away and when I got there they told me they didn't have it. well I emailed customer service and this was their response. I’m so upset with the customer service. I cannot believe they would not honor the buy one get one 50% off on bras. I purchased 4 bras online when I tried them on in the store I didn’t like 2 of them. This store would not honor the buy one get one 50% in the store. They chose to lose a customer over $14.49. I shopped at this location and online a lot but will no longer shop here and will let everyone I know how I was treated. I’ve already deleted the torrid app off my phone and unsubscribe to the emails.
Let me preface this by saying that I have been a torrid customer for YEARS. But in the last 6 months, it's like I'm dealing with a completely different company. It has literally been a problem (missing or wrong items) (credit cards charged without any "record of order'). Hours on the phone, dealing with reps who are either inept or completely rude. My boyfriend, not knowing that I have stopped shopping at torrid....gave me a gift certificate for my birthday! Tried to use it.....the order would not "process". Now 'The system"... read more
The dressing rooms had cool air /fans circulating while I was trying on clothes! I loved it! I always get overheated trying on clothes! Thank you for doing this! It made my experience excellent!
