The dressing rooms had cool air /fans circulating while I was trying on clothes! I loved it! I always get overheated trying on clothes! Thank you for doing this! It made my experience excellent!

Recently, I purchased a set of 5 bangles (in store). It was obvious they had previously been bought and returned because they were held together by a hand written tag, no big deal...I just happened to be cruising their website and came across the same set of bangles, same price i paid, but a set of 12. So, basically they sold me a product that was missing items, for full price. I plan on returning them, but it's a hassle and disappointment (to say the least) being i live nearly 2 hours away.

Extremely disappointed!! Attempted 5 times to place an order online...each time it was canceled the very next day. Called customer service and after over an hour on the phone doing bank verifications i was told that the order was placed and i had nothing to worry about! Just checked my email and AGAIN my order was canceled!! Currently going on 50 minutes of hold time waiting to speak to someone and was told a Supervisor would have to call me back tomorrow they would be closing in 26 minutes....really???? Irma and Sharlene were awesome! I was immediately greeted at the door and told all the sales and deals for the day. Even though I said I was just looking, she gave me time to be on my own. Then Sharlene was attentive and notice I was seeking a specific item. She totally helped me out: I ended up getting exactly what she picked out! I really thought Torrid was trans friendly. I just went to the West Town location. I got misgendered 5 times by the manager. Even after telling her I was a she. I really thought about returning everything I had just bought. I don’t know if I will shop there again.
