The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
