A long time ago, in the bustling town of Austin, Texas, a man named Mike Rypka bought a food trailer and a red Vespa. His dream? To start a taco joint. great food great service they always ask how are you and how's the food the sangria swirl is so delicious and the lady that worked the bar she was awesome
Great outdoor seating with a cool atmosphere. Tacos are delicious. Drinks are delicious. I tried two tacos - one shrimp and one with salmon. Kind of had a Chipoltle vibe through checkout but then they do bring the food to your table. I see comments about their service but in my opinion it’s pretty much self serve which for the price and atmosphere seems reasonable. Also, they do have stickers on the floor that ensure social distancing. Everybody had masks on, both employees and customers.
price was decent, food was, well..food. it wasn't awful but the service was bad. actually spoke 2 managers during our visit. We won't be back, there are way too many options for good tacos and drinks in this town.
We did take out today and won’t be back. We placed an order online and picked up a little earlier than the time that was given to us. The food was ready when rod got there and he came straight home. Ward parkway to Waldo. Everything was tepid to cold that we ordered. The queso had sat long enough that there was a film on it. Waited for my food for 45 minutes only for the order to be incorrect the food wasn’t that great either.
One of our favorite places in Texas. Happy to have one in KC! Tacos and Queso are fantastic!
