I’ve been a customer since 2018. Experienced great service until the last year. I only go for pedicures and Penny is the best. However, any other technician including the owners are the worst. They rush don’t cut cuticles well and forget buffing your callouses. I’ve asked for more buffing and it pisses them off. They can’t cut nails worth a hoot. Don’t get me started on the nail polish. Beautiful new salon!! Very clean, spacious and a great atmosphere!!
If I could give 0 stars I would, but that's not an option. I came in today to ha e gel polish removed from my fingernails and my toenails. While Wendy (I believe this is who was doing it) was removing the toe polish she nicked my skin several times resulting in me bleeding. My fingernails look absolutely horrible. You can still visibly see where the gel polish was as it wasn't all removed and they feel horrible.
