I’ve been a customer since 2018. Experienced great service until the last year. I only go for pedicures and Penny is the best. However, any other technician including the owners are the worst. They rush don’t cut cuticles well and forget buffing your callouses. I’ve asked for more buffing and it pisses them off. They can’t cut nails worth a hoot. Don’t get me started on the nail polish. They never paint them properly. My last visit less than a week ago I commented on the polish and she argued with me. Save your money and go ... read more
