They were late on the initial inspection, but made up for it by easily working with me to reschedule.
Thay might have don a good job. but thay true stuf around and did not kline up like thay should.I head to call the co. two get them two stop making all that nose.

Unfortunately, in roofing and construction, if can be very noisy. This is largely unavoidable. This incident involved the laying of decking sheets and hammering nails to the rafters. Dropping sheeting and hammering nails can sound like gunfire if one is directly under the roof... Very loud and disturbing. Our mess was left because we were asked to leave because of all the noise. Upon review and completion, our customer indicated that they were very happy with the work but not with the noise.
I can't believe how fast they were and the quality of work the did I would recommend Top Hat to any of my friends

Great work.
I had a 10am appt time, I had to call them at 10:20 because no one had shown up or called. I was told I would be called right back with an update, but had to call them again at 10:50 to see what was going on. The tech arrived around 11:20. The actual work was done professionally and in a timely manner.
Amazingly well informed and willing to help me completely understand my fireplace's issues (and how not to recreate them in the future). I will be calling them shortly to do the repairs I am in need of. Jake was wonderful, helpful, patience and thorough!
Highly recommend. Will hire again. Everybody at Top Hat is tops. They are friendly, they clarified my doubts, they made sure I did not order anything that I did not need, they made an appointment and were there right on time, they finished in a jiffy, and explained the work done. They all insisted that, if the issue appears again, I just need to call, and they will take care of it. Excelent!
