I had been burning wood in a badly damaged fireplace for many years but the damage was unknown until Top Hat showed me photos of the cracked tiles and missing mortar due to a previous creosote fire; they were able to repair the damage and insert a fantastic wood-burning insert which I am now enjoying daily! I had used a chimney cleaning company in Tulsa for many years, but they had missed the internal damage which was pretty bad.
