Very professional to deal with. They showed up promptly at both scheduled appointments.
courteous customer service. Fixed problems that were not written in the contract but were needed to complete the job properly without additional charges.
Arrived when they said they would. Worked clean and finished in a timely manner. Issue with materials shortage was handled quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.

Didn't clean spent bout 10 mn charged us in full for inspection and cleaning, we have an old fireplace and he had another person from Top Hat come to the house who was going to email us with some options, never did anything . No I would not recommend there service ..

These guys were quick and professional. They were also very friendly. They cleaned both my chimney and fireplace insert without leaving any mess behind. I would recommend them to others.

These guys are definitely pros. Their work is beautiful. I only wish I had been notified of how things were progressing. I requested that they cover the fascia as well as install guttering. They had to find someone who could prepare the materials for them (bend the metal to fit), and no one called to expalin the delays. I began to think that they weren't interested in my little job, but finally all worked out very well.
