They completed the project on a day with 80% chance of showers that evening and we received over an 1/2 inch of rain and all the top dressing material washed. I sent over pictures and videos of all material washed to the sales rep who took my thousands of dollars and asked if they could do anything since they should not have even done the job that day and still have not heard a word from them. Lyle and Daniel from topdressing.com did a FANTASTIC job top dressing our lawn. We are in a new construction neighborhood in Cartersville, GA, and the sod was put right on top of clay. It was sparse and didn't take too well. I am so excited to see how this improves our lawn over the next few weeks and months. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend! Great experience from start to finish. My grass looks better and is thicker than it has ever been. I will definitely utilize their services in the future. My grass is so thick that I’m not able to cut it good with the mower I have. I’ve got to cut it twice to get it to look right. A Reel mower purchase is going to happen very soon. I can’t recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed.
Jeff and his team did an outstanding job top dressing my yard. They were prompt, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. I really appreciated that they followed up after the job was complete to make sure everything went well. My yard already looks great, and I'm excited to see how much it continues to improve over the coming weeks. I highly recommend Jeff and his team for their excellent service and attention to detail.
Great experience with these guys, my lawn is a deeper green than any of my neighbors and it recovered much faster than a prior company. In their defense we did struggle with rain for several days off and on that pushed out the mulch delivery but when it came through they did some touch up on the top dressing and added more material which they didn’t have to do. Highly recommend them and will be using their service in the future!
