Tonic East is worth stopping by I love Tonic! They have big booths that you can fit a bunch of your friends in. The DJ's on Friday and Saturday are amazing. Drink specials are good, staff is friendly. It does get crowded, so I try to get my friends to chip in for a bottle. Last time I did, they gave me a bottle of champagne on the house! I suggest you check it out.
Great atmosphere When I first went here I was very surprised at the wonderful atmosphere and the service was great too. The food was good and the music that is playing is not too loud so that you can't hear yourself think. I would definitely go here again and it is good for the NYU and Bellevue workers to take a load off and relax! Great hangout place.
They are A place to be in the weekends. love the split levels they have in the biulding, and I can't forget to mention the lighting. Pretty cool, if I say so for myself. The food is okay but the drinks are great! I am sure to always have a good time when coming here with a few friends.
great outdoor bar For some reason I really like Tonic. They always seem to have fun music playing that you can dance to (anything from Notorious BIG to Britney Spears). When they are not playing sports (yuck) on their huge screen Tvs they play the matching music video. Their drink prices are average for NYC. i was at Baruch for 5 years and been to tonic many times and Mike made this Tuesday feel like a Friday. Ups to Mike who is the best bartender I've ever had.
I was at Baruch for 5 years and been to tonic many times and Mike made this Tuesday feel like a Friday. Ups to Mike who is the best bartender I've ever had.
I have been here a couple of times and my last experience was the best due to the service. Our server; Chrystie was fabulous! She made some great recommendations, I had the buffalo calamari with a Jack Daniels and mint cocktail. The place was pretty packed but we received our food and drinks quickly. I will definitely be returning here for some of the football games.
