This company will not make good on bad installations. They will give you the run around and not make things right. They messed up an installation on my part which caused rusting cause parts that needed to be sealed weren't sealed properly!! I contacted numerous times to fix and they wouldn't make it right!! Ended up having to use another company and pay the new company what I originally paid Toms 4x4 to do correctly initially. They will not stand behind their shotty installations!
Had an awesome time at the shop yesterday and up at Adventure Offroad Park for the Tom's 4x4 Superstore customer appreciation day! There was a scavenger hunt to get raffle tickets and a hand of cards. The prizes were a set of Motiv Gears and a Hi-lift Jack! I am so excited that I ended up winning both of them!!! Tom is great and so are all of the folks at Tom's 4x4 Superstore!
Tom went the extra mile to diagnose an annoying noise others couldn't find.
They do great work over there and are good people that will help you out any way they possibly can I recommend them to everyone
The customer service was excellent and professional and everyone was extremely nice and there work speaks for itself. I will definitely be back. Thanks.
