I love Tom Wood Nissan! Ellie Shrock and Tony Horn helped me out with my new Rogue & they were both wonderful. I felt comfortable, valued, and understood at Nissan.
Purchased a used Maxima from Braxton in May of this year and I have loved this car! I had a good experience purchasing here and would highly recommend coming in to see Braxton for another car.

I made an appointment at 2:30pm to have my car serviced because it was making a high pitched noise. I Spent 3.5 hours in their waiting room before they told me (as they were getting ready to close) that it was a bad wheel bearing but they couldn’t figure out which one it was so they couldn’t fix it. I will never go back and will never buy another Nissan. Neither should you.

A tremendous shout out to Braxton Boone and Tim Walls for the outstanding service they provided in helping my wife and I purchase our new Nissan Murano. Not only did they provide my wife with the vehicle she wanted they made our experience one that will keep us in the Nissan family. Worst customer service ever. My car was recalled by nissan. When the rep called to inform me I was told nissan was putting everyone in a brand new Sentra. I️ get to dealership and was told the same thing. Nissan was putting everyone in a 2017. Low and behold I️ get a 2015 which is ok except the car is in bad shape. Giant scratch down the side and cement! Patches on the rear. I’m told I️ have no choice and can’t even get my personal car back! The service people are very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. They had my oil changed and tires rotated very quickly. I highly recommend them!
