We love our treat at your dealership
This was the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had! I called about a used car they had listed online. The car was available so we drove 1 hr & 1/2 to the dealership on a Friday night. After test driving the car, we loved the car and went in to sign all paperwork. We were already pre-approved so the time on paperwork should've been minimal. I had an extremely positive experience working with Bernard Remke. My new Lexus was in perfect condition and Bernard did an awsome job going over all the features in detail. Excellent service and exceeded expectations.
Sharon was a delight. Felt good to be back in her wonderful hands and the greatest service department at Tom Williams Lexus. New tires, brakes, timing belt, major maint, fluids, etc. My 2005 ls430 feels and runs just like the day I bought it. Thanks to all and especially Sharron for coordinating.
