I have moved 8 times in multiple countries and states. Tom Menges is the best, most accessible and professional realtor I have ever had. He has become a good friend, as well. AND he makes a wonderful cheesecake with (also homemade) strawberry jam topping!
Working with Tom was great! He is a true professional; knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented. He communicated regularly and was always responsive when we reached out. He also went to bat for us when the Home Warranty company was giving us the run-around as well as making sure they were timely about the issue. It was a huge relief that he was able to get things resolved so easily.
I've worked with Tom on both buying and selling homes, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His attention to detail is top-notch—especially when it comes to home inspections. He always made sure I knew exactly what to look out for and never missed a beat. What really stood out was how he had no problem playing the “bad cop” when needed—especially with a new home builder who falsely advertised an incentive. He negotiated firmly and made sure I got what was promised. A true advocate and professional through and through!
Tom is very professional and always responded my questions and issues in a timely manner.
