I arrived at 7:40 a.m. , before the office opened. Dr. L saw me outside in the chill morning air and unlocked the door himself. "C'mon in where it is warm!" Hard to beat that kind of customer service. We appreciate his expertise in geriatric dentistry for my 80-year-old folks.

Stephanie is wonderful. Very thorough and friendly. As far as the "going to the dentist" experience goes, it's always been a pleasure going to Dr. Bugni/Dr. Laster's office for the past 26+ years.
I recently found out I was pregnant, and I really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. Dr. Laster and Stephanie provided great dental advice to follow during and after my pregnancy. Rachael was a huge help by calling my insurance company and coordinating my next visit so that it is covered by my plan *and* a little earlier than 6 months out (so I can avoid an uncomfortable visit at 8 1/2 months pregnant). I've been seeing Dr. Bugni, and now Dr. Laster, for over 6 years - I recommend them to everyone!
The hygienist was wonderful. She made sure I was not in any discomfort. On top of that she has a wonderful personality so was fun to be around. The girls up front were pleasant and helpful.bbi couldn't be more pleased.
