Loved the new machine for making crowns. It really saves time and seems to produce an excellent product.
Entire staff is warm and "with it" - gourmet mini cupcakes in the waiting room! I'd dreaded the anesthetic - shots in upper front gums have been hideous before, but Dr. Laster is so skilled that I felt absolutely nothing. This is from a certified dental chicken. Procedure was 3 hours, no discomfort whatsoever at any time. Dr. L. apologized repeatedly for how long it was taking. He consulted with his assistant re: esthetic decisions. In my first appointment with my new dentist, I experienced a warm and friendly encounter from Dr. Laster and his staff. From the moment I was brought into the dental room, staff were informative, and they enjoyed what they were doing. The video was excellent. I left feeling I had made the great decision to change from my old dentist to my new dentist, Dr. Laster. I can look forward to my next visit instead of wanting to cancel, which was the feeling I had in the past.
