Everyone there is so understanding. When it wasn't possible for me to stay because of a sick employee they didn't hesitate in letting me reschedule. Great group.
The cupcakes are awesome! The music could be better.
Dr. Tom, I would rate everything excellent above. My only problem was the total cost. This is mostly our fault but we expected some guidance on this issue concerning insurance. I expected to pay $1000 for the total expenditure. It ends up that the second crown and the Patial, Resin treatment and nightguard are not covered. Now that we notice the small print In Concordia indicates that only the one crown is covered. It makes me wonder why anybody in my situation would want insurance for dental work. The front office was very friendly, but the biggest standout was Dr. Laster himself. This is the first time a dentist has made me feel comfortable in their office, let alone made me want to come back. He is better than what I would have described as my perfect dentist. Thank you Dr. Laster.
Dr. Tom brings such positive vibes into a room and approaches his work with enthusiasm. Can't wait to go back.

It would be refreshing to see a discount for payment at time of service, for those of us who have no dental insurance. I know how long it takes to get paid by insurance, and it seems that those of us who pay at time of service should be recognized.
