Great visit and they were all over the changes in my health status and made necessary arrangements to protect my health.
The folks here are great--Tom Laster and the RDHs. They are friendly and warm and gracious, and very professional. It's actually sort-of fun to go to the dentist, rather being something you dread.
Dr. Laster and his staff are amazing! The visit was painless and fast. My tooth was repaired in less than 2 hours and I was on my way to lunch and work. Britney assisted Dr. and together they got my tooth fixed and it was like he had 4 hands they worked so well together. Rachel knows all about money matters and takes care of billing and insurance for you. Like I said they are all truly amazing!
Dr. Laster is able to consistently impress me with every visit to his office. He is constantly searching for new ways to address the comfort of his customers and his technical knowledge and ability to covey that knowledge is unbelievable. Dr. Laster's practice is an excellent example of how every medical establishment should be run and I'm very happy to be a patient.
Everyone I worked with at Dr. Laster's office was helpful, friendly and professional. I was able to get in quickly and had everything done in one visit- including a permanent crown! Very happy with their work.
Gosh, I just blanked on the dental hygenist name , but she was so delightful in my teeth cleaning session today. I really like the kind staff you have in this office.
Dr. Laster is super friendly, upbeat, and very skilled at what he does. His team is committed to patient education and they explained dental healthcare to me in ways I'd never understood before. Dr. Laster is super knowledgeable and I feel like I am in very competent care. It was a high touch experience from beginning to end and I'm so grateful I found him. His entire office was also FANTASTIC with my 7 year old son. Thanks!
Dr. Laster and his staff make dental appointments about as comfortable, efficient, and friendly as dental appointments can be!
As a current patient, my emergency was addressed promptly and solutions to the ongoing conflict(gnashing/clenching while sleeping)are being actively pursued. tj
