When my gold crown fell off a week before an international trip, I was a bit panicked. Not to worry - Dr. Laster got me in the same day, explained that there was so little tooth remaining that gold couldn't get enough surface to hold on to. But with his new machine, he could create a porcelain crown that was harder and could be acid bonded to the tooth for a secure grip. Seeing the machine shape the crown was fascinating. The hygienist did not have a very good attitude, when she asked me to relax my jaw, I did it to the best of my ability, I could feel her fingernail through the glove and mentioned it to her. She said if I would relax then I wouldn't feel it anymore. Then she just got annoyed with me and scooted her seat back. I told her that her attitude was bothering me. And that I noticed she was mad. Dr. Laster, Stephanie and Meagan did an excellent job in every way.
A great atmosphere, great staff and a caring attitude. I have always suffered with my teeth and Tom and his staff made me feel welcome and took great care of me. Looking forward to placing my long term dental care in Tom's hands.

I was very nervous when I arrived at your office, but left with a smile on my face.
I had my third appointment with Dr. Laster and his staff, this time for x-rays, a teeth cleaning, and oral health assessment. I've never had more gentle technique with placing the x-ray film. I told Stephanie she should teach others how to do this! Her teeth cleaning was equally as gentle, yet so effective, and Dr. Laster is as usual, a ray of sunshine! I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
Dr. Laster and his office staff are extremely professional and thorough. I see no reason why my family and I would ever consider switching to anyone else. Thank you!
