You have the best staff: friendly, and exceptionally competent, capable of making an hour of tooth cleaning into a not unpleasant experience. I never mind going to your office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Laster for over a year now but this was the first time I needed a dental filling. Dr. Laster and his assistant could not have been more considerate and caring. Every step of the procedure was explained and the time it took to perform was minimal. After, Dr. Laster took the time to get my bite just right and throughout was so cheerful and encouraging. I enjoyed the prompt response to my dental request - the TL team was able to meet with me the next day and the solution to my chip tooth was amazingly quick.
Dr. Laster has got to be the most cheerful dentist I've ever met. I had to look around to make sure I was at the dentists! He was very kind and great at explaining my options.
Dr. Laster is a kick! He is cheerful and informative. He is thorough and very interested in the comfort of his patients. I am not longer a "dentophobe"!
Tom and his crew are considerate, friendly, and attentive to my needs. They are continuing the good legacy of the Bugni's. The hygienist made a slight adjustment for my comfort when getting x-rays this time around which I found very thoughtful and caring.
I loved the ambiance of the office, especially the gluten-free cookies, and cupcakes. Yes, my husband really did get the cup cake that i took home with me. But more importantly, the staff was very nice, gentle and informative. It is difficult to complete the X-rays because my mouth is so small. The staff were able to manage and keep me comfortable. I am thrilled to do my own teeth whitening at home. I may have obstructive sleep apnea and plan to experiment with the new device, even if my MediCare will not pay for it.
