Been with Ford since Harry Schwartz owned it. Overall service has been outstanding. It takes a special person type person to be a service writer and most generally they have had great people. Shop/mechanic areas took a big time hit sometime ago when Jason and Tom left. Good luck to both. Currently this area seems to be picking up and should achieve status as before. Purchased a brand new Explorer from Tom Hawkins. He was beyond amazing to work with, as was everyone in the establishment. Financing went quick and smooth, and I can’t wait to recommend Tom and Kelley’s to friends!

Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, love that they will give you a loaner when things take longer then expected. We have taken two vehicles to them and both times have been highly pleased. Definitely will return when we need service work done again!
