Went down to Kelly's to get some service done and check out new trucks , the service was promptly done . Someone even ran the vehicle through the carwash. Those new trucks are awesome it's hard to choose between the Chevrolet or the Ford. Thanks Kelly's
I will never buy another car from this dealership! The Decatur location has had my Ford Edge since Memorial Day weekend. It took them a week before they would even look at it and that only happened because I happened to leave a not so nice voice mail on the correct person’s phone. I needed a new engine block and the engines were on national backorder till July 11th. Today is the 13th and still no one had contacted us. Three phone calls later and finally got a hold of someone in service. Still no idea when my car will be fini... read more
They're nice, efficient and get you out of there in a new car. If you have questions, then they will answer them with no problem.
