It is pretty sad the way tom boland ford treats thier employees they dont pay them the money they owe them plus my 19 year old son was harassed by one of the management by being threatened. Physically. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything or do buisness there if they are not right with thier employees they will not be right with thier customers!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!!

If you want poor quality of work at a premium price then this is the place for you but if you leave a negative review the manager David Wheeler will ask you to not return and take your business somewhere else instead of correcting the issues.
Sales manager unpleasant and rude and whoever was with him. They did take care of what we needed but I thought it was unprofessional of him to assume that we get could cover a charge that should of been in our loan.
Great salesman bill edger treated me great. Bo complaints from him. One of the managers was very rude would not recommend the manager to anybody if anybody needs a car if go to bill tho

During our purchase some miscommunication left us disappointed but upon discussing the entire with David Wheeler he was polite, very interested in our position. After speaking with Mr. Wheeler, Tom Boland Ford has corrected our experience in a more than positive outcome! We will DEFINITELY return for our next purchase at Tom Boland Ford.
