Their service department is crap. They claim to not close until 6pm, but if you show up at 5:15, they won't help you, even if they aren't busy. if you try to get ahold of them through Messenger they will never get back to you...

I recently had some repair work done on my 2011 Ford F-150 4x4. I had totally forgotten about the extended warranty that I had purchased and I figured I was going to pay for the repairs. But Tom Boland has the top of the line professional mechanics and advisors! I didn’t pay anything...Heck of a Deal Ain’t It! I wouldn’t take my truck or my 2018 Ford Escape anywhere else!!! They’re not into selling but also serving their customers!
