Horrible customer service in the service department. No updates at all for keeping my vehicle for almost 3 weeks, I had to call each time, plus had to call ford care to get a rental because this dealership wouldent do what ford told them to do to authorize one.... need some more training and better communication skills that’s for sure!!!
