Passing through Hannibal and developed a tire pressure sensor problem and a leak. Tom's folks diagnosed the problem and had me rolling in no time.
I bought my truck here, virtually sight unseen. Brad stayed late so we could test drive a couple trucks when I got off work. He never complained, and never acted in a hurry. They took care of me and made sure I got what I wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone, and this is where I'll be buying my next truck too.

The service department is A+. I was on a trip from Minnesota to Saint Louis. I had trouble and was able to limp my Explorer to the dealership. The guys were great, concerned and really helpful. Justin Boland was a great guy to work with. He kept me up to date with what was happening with my truck. They fixed what needed to be fixed and a few days later I picked up my truck.
