Tom helped us by our first home in California. At the beginning of the process he explained very well the market conditions and what can we possible afford given our price range. He then searched for several weeks, taking us on week-end visits to houses meeting our criteria. When we finally found the house of our dreams he gave us extremely good advice for nailing the bidding.
