Tom is a consummate professional, aware of and always on top of every detail. I had a unique situation, which Tom took into account in all decision making. He kept me informed at every stage of the sale, and works very effectively with 3rd parties, other agents and support/service people. He spent a lot of time and attention on me, and always made me feel he was available for questions. This was not my first transaction with Tom, and I very highly recommend him.
