I recently brought my car in for an issue, I didn't think that I should be responsible for the charge. I talked to my salesman Rick Thomas, he agreed and was willing to pay the cost out of pocket. Between Rick and Vinny they were able to resolve this problem in a fair manner. I highly recommend Rick Thomas.....he goes above and beyond!
